My name is Noha and I am the founder of Foodies in the kitchen.

I’m a kitchen strategist and meal prep coach who helps busy women bridge the gap between nutrition goals and real-life follow-through.

 

After a doctorate in genetics and spending years in high-pressured professional environments, I know exactly what it feels like to be capable in every area of life except somehow standing in front of the fridge at 6pm wondering why I couldn't get it together before defaulting to ordering in for the 4th time that week.
 

My work focuses on practical meal prep, kitchen organization and realistic cooking routines that save time, reduce stress and make healthier eating easier to sustain longterm.
